Love Jen and Love this workout |

I generally go ahead and preorder anything with Jen. This one didn't disappoint. She cues well, the music is good (well, it's good for "workout music) and the segments are somewhat original. A nice bonus of this one is that a lot of the moves, while cardio, seem to contain a toning element. This is actually one of my "top three" favorite dance workouts. I recommend it! (Note: the third segment is somewhat high impact, if that's an issue for you.)

Fun and a little sexy! |

I am just starting to work out again after a "hiatus" :-). I was looking for something fun to do on the days when I don't feel like doing anything! This fits the bill...the first time or two it was quite easy as I was trying to learn the steps (not hard at all), and now that I'm comfortable, it's getting more difficult as I really am "getting lower" when she tells me to, etc. I LOVE this video!
