Communication. She is an internationally renowned fitness
instructor/speaker; is an IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year Award
recipient, IDEA Fitness Business Person of the Year Award recipient, ACE
Fitness Director of the Year Award recipient and creator of over 20
top-rated workout videos/DVDs. She has over 30 years of teaching
experience including 16 years of Ballet/Dance Training with the Joffrey
