Yoga Relax is a great workout and you will definitely feel relaxed afterwards. It feels like a more athletic/stretching style of yoga which is just perfect.
The moves are done slowly and poses are held for awwhile but the workout doesn't feel like it is dragging at any point. I'm still working on enjoying yoga and I find with most yoga workouts, I'm always watching the clock to see when it will end. I found I wasn't doing that (ok maybe only twice) and the workout just flew by. The best part was that at the end, I felt completely relaxed and didn't even realize how much tension I had been holding before the workout. I will definitely be including this one on a regular basis to relax and de-stress.
