as you do super sets with weight training, Cardio Supersets follows the
same plateau-busting concept. But now instead of strength training, its
100% pure low impact cardio!!!! Ive even included a special step
aerobics premix that can be done on its own or combined with this
workout for those of you who want the ultimate challenge. Total Workout time of main program: 41 min 30 sec (Warm-up 5:30, Cardio- 30:59, Stretch 5:01). In addition to the main program a (21 min 17 sec) bonus step routine is included in the Premix section.
