A silly sort of FUN |

Okay, I do think you have to have a sense of humor about your workouts to enjoy this one. And, you probably have to like dance workouts in general to like it. Both of those statements apply to me and I LOVE this one. There's not a lot of tifting (you do about 5 different move combos so that breaks it up). You can easily imagine a toning emphasis on some of the dance moves (always a nice bonus), and it you DO the high impact version when shown, it's more cardio than most dvds. The sixties-ness of it all makes it different from other dance dvds. Still, it also brings a level of intentional silliness to it, so if you aren't ready to do the swim or the pony (which I call the Charlie Brown and Snoopy Dance), you might not like this. It's a Crunch dvd, with the silly costumes that go with that, but I just laugh and go with it. From my conversations, a lot of people like this (and I love it) but there are also several who are put off by the silliness. So, check out the clip. FUN!

Crunch Go-Go Dance is the perfect option when you feel like doing a fun, less intense workout.
Everything, ranging from the outfits to the moves and the instruction, is quite over the top and in some instances plain silly, but I believe that is the intention of the workout. I always have I great time doing this workout and end up feeling quite worked out.
