Balance & Flexibility - This 60 minute complete strength, balance & flexibility training workout is for the entire body. It will effectively challenge the strong fitness enthusiast, as well as, the new exerciser. Using rhythmic movement and a "super-set" approach, Christi combines traditional muscle specific exercises, balancing exercises and full body functional exercises to strengthen and stretch your entire body. All you will need is a set of hand weights and a floor mat. 3 to 8 pound free weights are recommended, depending upon your current fitness level.
