I love this workout! 20 mins of fun, basic step and 20 mins of fun, basic hi-low aerobics! Simple and sweet! Christi is a pleasure of an instructor too.

I do this workout to get a great cardio blast. User can modify workout to the level of intensity that they prefer. Instructional workout menu options are a great added bonus.
