I just received my workout DVD and have only previewed it. I definitely agree with the previous reviewer. This workout seems like it's going to be a lot of fun. I can't wait to try it and feel the burn. I also bought Butts and Guts and it's exactly what I wanted too - an advanced lower body kettlebell workout :)
I was finally able to try this workout. I did both kettlebell workouts (Cardio Kettlebell and Kettlebell Crank) and used a 10lb kettlebell. The next day my butt was on fire, my hamstrings and quads did not hurt, though. It was just my entire butt area.

I use kettlebells for cardio-effect (with strength a bonus), and let me tell you, this woman's workout will give you cardio up the wazzo. The Cardio Kettlebell workout is KILLER. Crank - KILLER. Fusion - well, the last thing Brook says is "Get a Tall Glass of Water." let me tell you - you need several.
How I've split up this dvd is Fusion on my cardio days, and use Cardio Kettlebell + another Kettlebell dvd (for strength training) and the same with Crank. [Unless you are made of sterner stuff - I wouldn't do ALL 3 the same day!] Don't hesitate. GET IT.
