This lower body workout can be very intense if you add the ankle weights. This workout has a sequence of: standing exercises, floor exercises, some cardio moves and finally you do the "brazilian shake" and the "around the world movement " (those are the only two dance moves in the whole video). She changes the standing and floor exercises and then repeats the cardio and the brazilian shake/ around the world movement. The workout is about 25 minutes including the warm-up. The warm-up is fast paced too. I am glad I bought this one. This workout will add some variety to my Brazil Butt Lift and Tonique workouts.
