Fernanda Rocha earned her Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil. She applied her education in kinesiology and blended it with years of dance & fitness training to create a workout DVD, and launched her fitness clothing line.

Fernanda managed health clubs in Brazil and came to the U.S. to study marketing and business at UCLA. She has worked and trained at Sports Club Irvine, Renaissance Club Sports, Crunch, LA Fitness and as a co-owner she brings over 10 years of health club experience to Art of Fitness & SPA in Laguna Beach – CA (which was featured on the Real Housewives of Orange County).

Another Brazilian Booty Winner! February 9, 2010

This lower body workout can be very intense if you add the ankle weights.  This workout has a sequence of: standing exercises, floor exercises, some cardio moves and finally you do the "brazilian shake" and the "around the world movement " (those are the only two dance moves in the whole video).  She changes the standing and floor exercises and then repeats the cardio and the brazilian shake/ around the world movement.  The workout is about 25 minutes including the warm-up.  The warm-up is fast paced too. I am glad I bought this one.  This workout will add some variety to my Brazil Butt Lift and Tonique workouts.
