Billy is back! Billy jumps in with a warm-up
that is reminiscent of old-school, high-energy taebo with his new, modern
set and crew. This is a fast-paced cardio warm-up to get you ready for the
work to come followed by a brief stretch. The cardio/toning section uses
light weights with typical taebo moves to work every muscle in your body head to
toe. Billy also puts some creative twists on traditional toning moves to
fine tune the muscles. He alternates between slow, controlled toning, and
"cardio" paced toning of the same moves, but you are always moving keeping the
heart rate up. He ends with a dynamic stretch, a unique "flex-hold" exercise and
some traditional stretches, and of course, his expected send off message.
