Solid workout |

It had been awhile since I had used any Tae Bo workouts so this one was the first one I had done in awhile. I liked it a lot - you get out what you put into it. It reminded me of the original workouts and was just a great cardio workout.
Billy's rambling near the end during the cool-down is a bit of a turn off but the workout itself was pretty good and solid.

The more advanced of the two new ones |

If you're trying to make a decision between the two newest Tae Bo offerings, this is the more advanced of the two, and is more cardio than the other one. It's not Turbo Fire or Insanity by any means, but it's pretty good and you'll get a great workout if you really give it your all. (I used one pound handweights to up the intensity a bit.) I enjoy both of the new ones, but do like this one better, aside from one thing - Mr. Blanks kind of rambles on a couple of times about other "copycat" workouts, like he's got a chip on his shoulder. That was annoying. Otherwise, this was a good workout - if you're a fan of Tae Bo, you'll likely enjoy it, and if you've never done Tae Bo, it's a good place to start, as it has a breakdown section of the moves. (I haven't viewed this, as I was already familiar with Tae Bo.)
