CARDIO: Break through the same old barre routine with these fat burning, heart pounding moves! Jennifer will lead you up a steady climb that gets a little more intense every minute, leaving you breathless at the top. Grab your towel and get ready for some sweat!

TONE AND STRENGTHEN, STRETCH AND LENGTHEN: Targeted and precise exercises will tighten and tone you, head to toe. No muscle, small or large, will be left behind! Polish off your moves with an extended stretch session, crucial to maintain flexibility and range of motion. Then say “Ahhhh.”

Jennifer Galardi is a dancer, fitness professional, yogini, nutritionist and all around health nut and is known for tying it all together to help her students achieve maximum results and maintain balance. While this is not my favorite of Jennifer's workouts, she has a way of making me like it anyway. Although I like the way I feel when I finish this one,  I am extremely thankful that there is a modifier. Some of the moves were challenging for those who have lower back problems.

I Like Ballet Body Better.... July 7, 2014

I really like Jennifer's Ballet Body workout so I was excited when she came out with Barre Break-thru. I especially liked that she had added a 15 minute all-cardio segment.
The workout has a good warm-up. Jennifer knows how to warm you up well beyond just doing some knee lifts.  The cardio gets the heartrate up, but she stops after every short block, so it goes back down again.  
The main workout follows the same pattern, with a lot of stopping and stretching when the muscles haven't really been worked to fatigue.
If you like Jennifer and if you like to stretch after every exercise, then this one is for you.  The workout does hit pretty much every single muscle, and it includes a good stretch at the end.

I found this a fun and tough workout. I loved the cardio part adding the martial arts component made the heart rate get up there just love the Barre with it.  Great core work with using the planks. Jennifer makes everything fun and gives you a safe balanced program. This is one of the best ones she has ever done. You need a yoga block to make some of the moves more effective.

I really like this barre workout. It starts with a cardio section with really unique moves. She combines athletic, with kickboxing, and ballet. It sounded awful until I tried it and I really liked that section. The barre section was refreshing. I hate brutal barre workouts with endless teeny tiny pulses. She has pulses but just the right amount. She uses a yoga block to help target the right areas and light hand weights for the upper body. Jennifer gives great form pointers. She comes across as friendly and there's no dread with this workout.

The Best Barre Workout November 20, 2013

Jennifer Galardi is great and easy to follow.  This workout is fun and super effective.  I can't wait to do it again.  The cardio portion is fun and then the toning portion is tough and fun too.  I really enjoy the entire workout.
