I did this today purely as I had some time on my hands, and, after previewing, decided that this one would be the easiest to knock out.
Boy, was I wrong.
This is not your granny's Lotte Berk ripoff.
First, Leah takes you through some really innovative variations on planks, side planks and downward dogs that are insane. The total time spent is about 20 minutes. A lot of the moves she does are only 8 reps, which I had an issue with on preview, however I am now rather grateful for it.
Then it's on to light weights for about 20 mins or so, again with some really unusual variations. Did I mention that your arms are fried before you even go near the weights? I used 3# weights thinking I'd be taking it easy.
Yeah, right.
Leah's cuing, form pointers and the production quality of these DVDs is utterly top shelf. She is a true class act.
A definite must buy for anyone looking to increase their upper body strength and definition.
