Kickin' Strength is a great workout that still manages to keep it fun. The strength sections were good - I found she keeps a nice pace and you don't do a lot of reps so you can go a little heavier with the weights. The cardio sections are fun and are mostly kickboxing moves. There is also a bonus core and stretch workout on the DVD which is also good and perfect to use after the main workout. Amy's instructions and cueing were very good although sometimes the transitions between the strength and cardio sections weren't as smooth. Overall, great workout!

I finally started buying Amy's dvds because she gets the job done in a quick and efficient way! This dvd incorporates kickboxing and strength intervals and her music is so refreshing in comparison to other dvds. I like the fact that by the end of the workout, you got everything done and you can feel good about getting the job done! She explains things clearly and you will feel your muscles the next day! The ab workout was a bout 9 minutes and its a bonus workout and the entire cardio/sculpt routine runs about 34-35 minutes. Keep them coming Amy!!!!
