Diluglio works along with you through 14 two-minute rounds of intense, unique, and challenging kettlebell exercises. 1-minute breaks between each round makes this a 42-minute workout to fit the busiest of schedules. pricey but well worth it if you are serious about kettlebells - Anthony is a no-nonsense but encouraging instructor - the segments are chaptered nicely so you can mix it up and there's a no-audio option if the music is not your taste
