A new kickbox workout with 5 kickbox combos interspersed with 5 heart pumping 'surges'. The Surges are kickbox athletic style drill that give the workout even more of a challenge. A modifier will be provided for most of the higher impact moves and kickbox combos. The kickbox combos are filled with kicks and punches of varying tempos. Amy will cool you down properly before you refine your core. You will need a 6 to 8 pound medicine ball to properly train the muscles of the mid body resulting in a stronger and refined core. Finally, a stretch to restore your muscles for the next workout.
Amy Bento is the star of many high rated workout DVDs and is owner of nrgfitness.net.
