I don't like any of the things you have to fill out above, they are unfair and need explaining. Amy has her own style. Most of us do Cathe, but if you need a change try Amy. She is harder to follow and you really have to do the preview on this tape. More than once. I don't normally like that, but I was determined to learn this tape. You aren't bored, but can get frustrated. It is fine when you learn it. NEVER JUDGE A TAPE UNLESS YOU HAVE DONE IT THREE TIMES. I have done this about ten and still have troubles. Not my favorite, but keeps me trying.

Tricky choreography |

I'll be honest. I tried this once, and haven't gotten it out again, but I will. I like the challenge of not getting the choreography the first(or at this rate even the fourth or fifth) time, so that doesn't bother me, eventually I will get it. But, if you don't like that, you won't like this video.

Choreography is quite complex |

This video was billed as bringing back athletic step. IMHO it has too much complex choreography to fit that description. I was looking for a tough/advanced video that would give at least 60 mins of non-stop sweating/calorie burn... I think people who love choreography will enjoy this video but for the minority of us advanced steppers who cannot be bothered with all the flips and turns and are just looking for an intense workout, this is definitely not for us. I must say the music is great though. I just play the dvd and choreograph my own workout on the step
