I own alot (and I mean, MANY) exercise DVDs and this one is absolutely one of my favorites. Kelly Coffey-Meyer is a superb,professional instructor, her cuing is right on but not over done and noone packs into 30 minutes as much as Kelly does. I love the standing abs "rests" option in this workout but you also have the option to do some simple (but intense) cardio for your active rests. Kelly encourages fairly heavy weights for these workouts and I felt very challeged using my 12's for most of the upper body exercises. There is so much room for growth with these workouts. The music is awesome, Lauren is simply the best modifier in the world and Kelly is very positive and encouraging but never over the top or silly.  Her 30 Minutes to Fitness series has been a saving grace to me in my hectic, busy life. I truly feel these workouts make the very best use of my 30 minutes and I highly recommend this workout and any of the others in her 30 Minutes to Fitness series, Kelly is FABULOUS!!!!!

I really like the versatility of this DVD. You get two solid 30 minute workouts either legs/back/chest or biceps, triceps and shoulders with different active rests in between the sets ( floor abs, standing abs or cardio )  I prefer to work my total body in one workout so I usually do one of the  premixes- mixed full body blast is my favorite when I have a little more than 30 minutes.  Kelly puts new twists on  lifting moves that really are challenging without killing you. She has a great no-nonsense personality and is one of my favorite all time video instructors. This workout rocks!

This workout is fab! Kelly gets a lot in 30 mins. She encourages you to go heavier if you can and she´s right. I struggled with 3 Kilo weights at first but after just 2 weeks I´m using 4 kilos. The menu is good, you have the option to do Cardio or Abs during the active rest I sweat when I do this workout and can see results already. As a mum I don´t have time to spend hours exercising, this DVD is just right!

Of my vast collection of DVDs for weight training from Cathe, Tracey Staehle, Amy Bento, Jari Love and of course Kelly herself (all of whom I enjoy), this is my favorite for tight on time days. I usually have the luxury to do long workouts, but go through phases when 30 minutes are all I have. I turn to this video for strength training. The music is pumping, the moves are fresh and fun, and there isnt a moment wasted. I also like to do the entire DVD through on days when things are not so rushed. I love the versatility of the different active rest options and the many wonderful premixes.

Kelly Coffey-Meyer is one of my favorite instructors. I own about 4 of Kelly's workouts and every one of them is just great! She gives you the overall worked-out feeling in a reasonable amount of time. I can't get enough of her and this one is well worth the money! One of the really cool features on this one is that you can select what you want as your active rest between sets. You can either do core or cardio. I highly recommend it!
